My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was perfect, right on the promenade, near plenty of cafes and shops, ideal for a lovely morning stroll next to the water. The service was quite efficient overall, especially when booking a last-minute excursion to the Amalfy Coast, but there were some inconsistencies, like the unhelpful staff during dining times. The dining options were average at best, with some weaknesses in quality and quantity, which was disappointing. However, the rooms, although nothing special, were clean and adequate if you can overlook minor issues like a blocked waterfall shower head and a malfunctioning TV.
